Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using SmartDzidzo (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.

Paid courses and subscriptions are billed at the price displayed at checkout, including any discount you applied. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then ends; you can resume it before then. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades and changes to your billing cycle take effect at your next renewal.

Courses you get access to through a subscription are available only while the subscription is active. Courses you buy individually stay in your account.

If you'd like a refund, contact support. Our team reviews each request. When a purchase is refunded, access to the refunded course is removed from your account.

All course content, trademarks, logos and software on the Platform are owned by SmartDzidzo or its instructors and licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

When you enrol in a course you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly display any content without permission.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: sharing account access, scraping or bulk-downloading content, uploading malicious code, harassing other users, and attempting to circumvent security or access controls.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these terms.

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Closing your account erases your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and can't be undone. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to deliver a great experience, we make no warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific learning outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartDzidzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SmartDzidzo is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
